1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the Kenzo AI platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the service

Kenzo AI is a web-based IT asset management platform that allows teams to track physical and digital assets, employees, locations, and maintenance records. The platform includes an AI assistant powered by Anthropic Claude that answers natural language questions about your inventory data.

3. Account registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we believe have been compromised.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or to Kenzo AI systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform
• Upload, transmit, or store any content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Use automated tools to scrape, extract, or systematically download data
• Interfere with the proper operation of the Service
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission
• Misuse the AI assistant to generate illegal content or to circumvent platform safeguards

5. Your data

You own the data you enter into the platform — asset records, employee records, location records, and maintenance logs. We do not claim any ownership over your data.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the data you enter. Do not enter data that you are not authorized to store or that violates applicable privacy laws.

You can export your asset data at any time using the CSV export feature. You can request account deletion by contacting us at hello@k3nzoai.com.

We will process your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. AI features

The AI assistant is powered by Anthropic Claude. When you use the AI chat feature, your messages and relevant asset data are sent to Anthropic's API. By using this feature, you acknowledge this data sharing.

The AI assistant is read-only — it cannot modify your data. AI responses may contain errors. Do not rely on AI responses for critical business decisions without verifying in the platform interface.

7. Intellectual property

The Kenzo AI platform, including its code, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or brand features.

8. Service availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of significant changes.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KENZO AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless , its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your data, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law and disputes
